The Warmest River of Tears

In the bright sunshine of

A hot Summer’s day in late June

Lay a young man waiting on a bench

Waiting for his mother to come

Come back for him

Then suddenly a rushing river

Came upon him like a swarm of bees;

He broke down in tears

Tears everlasting and breathtaking l

Wondrous and worrisome to his mom!

He couldn’t stop

Stop stop stop!

The gushing volcano of water

Pouring down his face

To this day it’s a mystery

To this day, it’s a quandary

Yo this day, on that day,

The floods came and went
