reports Byrons crew sitting out at Martinsville amid positive COVID-19 tests

This isn’t positive news for Byron because races at Martinsville Speedway statistically are the best for him. Before his first career win at Daytona, his best career finish was 2nd, coming in last year’s fall Playoff race; and he backed it up with a solid 8th-place finish on June 10. He might overcome this to finish inside the Top-10; but his odds of turning the Playoff Grid upside down for the second race in five days by winning decreased.
